Tata Power EZ Charge, a leading name in EV charging solutions in India, showcased its extensive charging infrastructure and offerings for all types of EV users at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

The company’s charging solutions are designed to eliminate range anxiety, offering a reliable and widespread network of charging stations across cities, residential areas, highways, commercial zones, and more.

The company showcased solutions for a variety of EV types, including passenger cars, buses, trucks, fleets, and others.

One of the highlights of the event was Tata Power EZ Charge’s mobile app, which provides users with real-time updates, helping them find available chargers and manage their charging sessions easily.

Tata Power EZ Charge also offers RFID-enabled cards, making the charging process even simpler. These cards allow EV owners to charge their vehicles at any Tata Power station without needing to open a mobile app. The RFID cards are compatible with all EV brands.

The stall also featured eco-friendly solar-powered chargers and advanced charging technology, including fast-charging solutions and AI-driven monitoring systems, demonstrating Tata Power’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of EV charging.

Tata Power’s vast charging network now includes over 5,500 public chargers across 550 cities and towns, over 120,000 home chargers, and 1,100 bus charging points. With charging infrastructure along major highways like Delhi-Chandigarh, Bengaluru-Chennai, and Kolkata-Bhubaneshwar, Tata Power ensures EV owners can travel long distances with ease.

This extensive network has already helped reduce range anxiety and accelerate EV adoption in both urban and rural areas. In total, the network has powered over 165 million green kilometres, contributing to a cleaner, greener future.

As part of its sustainability efforts, Tata Power has introduced green energy-powered chargers, including solar-powered solutions, aiming to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources and promote clean transportation. The company now has over 1,000 green-powered chargers across India.

Tata Power EZ Charge has also partnered with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Tata Motors and Jaguar Land Rover, enabling the installation of over 5,500 public and semi-public charging points across the country. These partnerships ensure that a wide variety of EV models can use Tata Power’s network seamlessly.

The company’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Mumbai monitors the entire network in real-time, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any technical issues, providing a reliable charging experience for all users.

Besides these, Tata Power plans to expand its EV charging network by installing high-speed chargers along key highways over the next five years. This expansion will focus on both urban centres and underserved rural regions, supporting the increasing demand for EVs and aligning with India’s vision for sustainable transportation.

Tata Power’s efforts are in line with national initiatives such as the EV30@30 campaign, which aims for 30 percent EV penetration in new car sales by 2030, and the National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP).
