In a move to enhance driving expirence, offering top-notch features to the customers, Apple has just launched a new iOS 26 software. It will allow iPhone users to enjoy new features and lots of updates to Apple CarPlay.
According to the details, after updating to the latest IOS, the customers will be able to see a new interface, featuring the latest Liquid Glass design with visual updates to the apps. The background interface and borders now have translucent and glossy elements.
What’s New?
The latest version allows the customers to have a compact screen for calls, which will be shown in the form of a smaller call bar, lying at the bottom of the screen. This will benefit the driver to use other features such as Maps and other functions without getting disturbed during the call.
Earlier, the previous version used to take up the entire screen, making it difficult for the user to enjoy multiple features at the same time.
Top Features
Talking about the other important enhancement, the users can now respond to any text messages quickly, a big thanks to the projection that pops up on the screen showing trending emoticons such as thumbs up, heart, and exclamation mark and more. The interface is also capable of reading the messages, ensuring the driver does not lose attention from the road while driving.
Other USPs
Apart from this, a new Live Activities function projects are on-screen alongside maps. It will allow one to track the route, and perform other activities simultaneously seamlessly, such as play music, search top routes, shortcuts, and the list goes on.
